The prompt was, "laugh." I don't own NCIS. Enjoy!

She laughed along with the young boy's laughter. "Tony, get over here! He laughed! He laughed!" she exclaimed, holding onto the baby boy, kissing the baby's forehead.

The senior field agent hurried out into the living room, where The Lion King was playing on the television. "What? What did you say about laughing?" he asked, first glancing at Ziva before looking at their son.

"He laughed. He laughed when Rafiki hit Simba with his stick!" Ziva exclaimed, grinning widely.

"Eli laughed? And I missed his first laugh?"

The boy, who was still watching the movie from his mother's embrace, laughed again clapping his hands together.

"There! There! He did it again, Tony! Eli's having his first laughs," she said, still smiling.

DiNozzo took another step closer to Ziva and placed a hand on her lower back, looking down at Eli. "Looks like we'll be watching this movie for awhile," he observed with a laugh himself.

Ziva, who was still watching Eli, said, "Yes, we will, but it will be worth it. He is our son and he is adorable."

"That he is."

And then Tony and Ziva stood there, their son in Ziva's arms, laughing at the animated film for the first time. Nothing was more beautiful.
