Disclaimer: I do not own Shingeki no Kyojin (or most of this poem).
So I wrote another depressing poem called Dying Love (see profile), and my sister said it was good, but recommended that I write a happy poem. I tried, but it failed miserably. So I wrote this one. Enjoy! Also, remember to review about what scene this poem is from.

Mourning Over the Dead
The soldiers stand in straight lines
The fire crackles, burning bright light
Tears stream down their faces-
They're crying for the fallen races
One comrade stands in dread
For his friend, fallen, the one found cut in half, dead
Yet he forgets not the ones not found
He must remain strong, he must stand his ground
"I can't let those charred bones be disappointed in me."
He stands up tall, ready to fight and be free
All the soldiers run back into the fields
They will fight for freedom, and never yield.
Okay, so it's not completely accurate, but I think it's pretty good.
