Dude, I am writing this for a few reasons. One- I promised Blue a BillyxTeddy oneshot. Two- I wanted to make it a three-peat. Three- I'm just avoiding my summer reading homework... that's due tomorrow. Fahrenheit 451 pisses me off. So much. So now I will rant about it in fanfiction! Yay!
I have to warn you all, this is my very first attempt at writing slash of any kind. You have been warned.
Dedication: To Blue (see, I told you I'd write it! Now you have to update!)
Dissing o' the claim- Nuff said, man, nuff said.

"Hey Billy" Teddy Altman greeted his boyfriend, walking in to the other boys room, where he found his boyfriend lying on his stomach on his bed, reading a book. Billy on his own part, greeted the blond without even looking up from the book he was reading. "What cha reading?"
Billy groaned and dropped his head in his arms, "Fahrenheit 451. I have to read it for school." ((random fact of the day: 451 degrees F. is the temp at which paper spontaneously combusts))
"A classic." Teddy nodded.
"I hate it." Billy groaned, glaring daggers at the aforementioned piece of literature.
"Wh- why?" Teddy asked, genuinely surprised. Normally Billy was all for the classics. What was it, Teddy wondered, that made his boyfriend reject this one book in particular. Billy sat up on his ankles and took a deep breath, preparing himself for a rant.
"This book is so freaking messed up! I mean, seriously! Their society is all just plain disturbing! The lack compassion of any kind! Kids are off killing each other every day! And do they care!? No!! A woman dies- kills herself- and Montag's wife has the gall to say she hates her! And they burn books! No books! Ah!!!!" The dark haired boy let himself fall over, leaning up against Teddy, "I would hate to live there."
Teddy was silent for a second before he let out a laugh.
"What's so funny?" Billy huffed, sitting back up and putting his hands on his hips. He glared at Teddy, who was now hunched over, he was laughing so hard. After a few minutes, the blond finally calmed down enough to form a reply.
"It-it- it's just so funny how much that book has gotten you worked up." Teddy replied, between the dregs of his laughter. Billy, in response, just playfully punched the larger boy on the arm.
"Is it really that funny?" He had to know, giving Teddy a look.
"Yes."
"Ugh. What will I ever do with you." Billy leaned back down against his boyfriend, rolling his eyes.
"Use me as an excuse not to read the book." Teddy suggested and Billy paused.
"Fair enough." The boy shrugged, dog-earing the page and setting the book down in exchange for a much more fangirling-worthy activity.
