In the halls of Minis Tirith, a pregnant little hobbit stirred. Frodo
looked around slightly confused as to how he got there. All he remembered
was a very comfy couch and a nice fire. And a slightly scruffy looking
king.
" Oh Aragorn, you are too kind to a weary hobbit. You must have brought me
here." Frodo thought to himself.
Just then Frodo felt a little stranger make his presence known. Frodo laughed to himself, " It must be past midnight, what are you doing up? Do you crave something, my dear?"
Just as he said that, Frodo realized that he wanted something. Quick to obey, he wrapped his robe around his bulbous tummy and scurried as quietly as he could to the kitchen. He knew the quickest path there of course, as he had walked it many times a day.
As Frodo came closer to the place of many wonders, or so He thought, he saw a light shining from within. And a hobbit not yet out of his tweens.
"So we are not the only ones who are restless tonight." "Ah, I see I've been caught. But I haven't eaten in nearly two hours." Pippin said in mock guilt. "Don't worry I'm not mad so long as you don't take everything." Frodo answered. "What are you down here for anyway?" Pippin inquired. "Come to think of it, I've no clue myself. I had just awoken with a craving and can't figure out whatever it is. So I thought if I were to come down here it would be a multiple choice."
"I think I know what you need, and you are in luck for I carry the best." Pippin said as he carefully placed his well piled plate on to a near by counter. After he had made sure it was steady, Pippin went over to Frodo and gave him the warmest hug he had ever recieved. "How's that cousin?" "Now that hits the spot." END
