Ginny Weasley was sitting on her four-poster bed in the girls' dormitory. It was her sixth year at Hogwarts and she knew this year would be her last chance to win the heart of Harry Potter. Their feast ,just hours before, was nothing short of extraordinary . The feast was delicious, but Ginny barely ate any morsel. She was too busy thinking of the wonderful dark haired, emerald eyed, seventeen year old boy who she was madly in love with. Ever since she seen him seven years ago at King Cross Station. It was Ron, her year older brother's, first year at Hogwarts and she was there to see him off with her mother. Ginny smiled to herself as she thought of that wonderful day. She immediately fancied him. He was so wonderful in so many ways. Tomorrow she was going to start winning the heart of Harry Potter. Because this was his last year at Hogwarts and she wasn't going to let him go without getting a kiss from Harry.

"Ginny, what do you reckon we'll be doing in Herbology this morning?" asked a fellow Gryffndor third year Colin Creevey.
"I dunno," Ginny replied distractedly.
She was staring longingly at Harry. He was in a deep discussion with Hermione Granger and her brother Ron. They must've been discussing their schedules. Ginny thought for a moment. Maybe she could just walk up to him and just say hi. Wait no, she was sixteen now and she needed to devise a much more complicated plan than that. It had to be foolproof. The bell was about to ring and she needed to hurry up. She got up from the bench and slowly walked towards Harry.
" Um, hullo Harry," Ginny said, turning bright scarlet.
"Oh, hi Ginny!"
" Pleasant morning isn't it?" She said nervously trying to spark a conversation.
"Uh, yes I suppose."
Ron sniggered rudely then.
" I was..." Ginny was interrupted by the bell that meant that you had to report to your morning classes.
"Well, nice talking to you Ginny, 'bye then!" Harry said as he walked toward the direction of the Charms' corridor.

As Ron, Hermione, and Harry left the hall Ron let out a great guffaw. " What's so funny?" asked Hermione. Her head girl badge was gleaming proudly. " It's just Ginny," Ron said chuckling some more. " What about her?" Harry asked.
" She's trying so hard to impress you. You know how much she likes you?"
Harry blushed, for he had became to have some feelings for Ginny himself.
"Are you sure?" Harry asked suspiciously.
" I read her diary once. It was all ' Dear Diary, Harry has the most beautiful eyes. I really think I'm in love with him. It's not just because he's famous but because he's adorable!' I couldn't stop laughing after I read it," Ron said slapping his knee.
"Really!" Hermione said as she walked into the Transfiguration class room. " Wow, are you serious?" Harry asked gleefully.

" Yeah, why?"

"Well..."

" You better tell me. I'm your best friend," Ron pointed out.

" Oh all right. I feel the same for Ginny," Harry said in an exasperated tone.

Ron raised an eyebrow. " Really?" he said truly amazed. Harry nodded helplessly. Ron had just opened his mouth to speak when Professor McGonagall walked In and class began.
