Author's Note
A completely random idea which evolved from a completely random discussion on the school bus. Or not so random discussion, we were discussing why the smoke coming out of the exhaust was blue and so thick that no car of either side of the road could see through it. Kinda like fog in the early mornings of winter, about -4 degrees Celsius, only blue in colour.
Anyway, enjoy.
Hide and Seek
Patamon's hiding. Only, he's not doing a very good job of it. Post 02 drabble.

The little orange digimon plodded along in search of his partner, weaving its path through the dense foliage. A while had passed since the two had separated, and the reason as to why the two had separated to begin with had slipped his mind.
They were alone in the forest of the digital world, having separated from the group to have a little fun of their own. But now he wanted to return to the human he protected. The forest was safe, the world had indeed been purified from evil by the second time, but as a partner to a digidestined, he couldn't help but worry.
At least, until he caught sight of a flash of green and white which was certainly not the leaves nor the shrubbery, and he made a beeline towards it.
TK blinked as Patamon settled comfortably into the crown of his hat.
'Found you,' the little digimon cheered happily.
The blonde laughed. 'That you did, only when you're playing hide and seek, you don't jump on top of the person who's supposed to catch you.'
'Umm...oops?' Patamon offered, as he was lifted from its temporary nest.
His partner grinned cheekily as the digimon was brought to eye level. 'Remember the punishment for getting caught?'
He did remember, but it was too late as the fingers holding him began their magic.
'Ahh...' he shrieked through the helpless laughter that erupted from his mouth. 'Stop it...stop tickling me!'
