"Hey, I'm getting ready to head out. Anything you need?" JJ stuck her head into Morgan's new office. Garcia was right. It would need a little work to make it swanky.

"No. I'm good for now. Thanks, JJ." Morgan sighed. He was exhausted. Writing his first report as Acting Unit Chief was exhausting. He had never fully appreciated everything that Hotch had done for the team.

"You sure? You look a little tired."

Morgan rolled his eyes and laughed. "Oh, believe me, I am."

JJ smiled. She knew that Morgan was going to be stressed out for the next few weeks. Just like Hotch was. But he was strong. He'd pull through. "All right, then. See you tomorrow."

She turned away, and he heard her footsteps go down the hallway. "Wait! JJ?"

"Yeah, Morgan?" she called.

"Can you come here a minute?"

"What do you need?" JJ stepped into his office.

Morgan rubbed his eyes a little. He looked at the clock. 11:02. Damn, it was late. "I just wanted to thank you. Garcia told me it was your idea to get me this office. It was sweet of you to do this for me."

"Anytime, Morgan. I just figured you needed a real office. And I knew which strings to pull," she winked.

She was right. JJ knew how to get stuff done. And she knew which ways to get it done. "Well, I just wanted to thank you."

JJ smiled and looked down. It was what she did when she had something else to say, but didn't want to say it. Morgan knew something was wrong. "Is there something you want to tell me?"

JJ looked at Morgan. Sometimes she hated working with profilers, but then again, she had learned most of their techniques. She knew that he could tell something was wrong. "It's just- Hotch. I'm really worried about him."

"JJ, we all are."

"No- I know. And we're all worried about Haley and Jack. But… it's just… when I went to say good night to him, I saw his desk. And Foyet's file is right in the center. With Foyet's picture on top. Staring at him. It's like Foyet's haunting him. And I can't help but feel bad about the fact that we're not doing anything."

Morgan frowned. They were all worried. But JJ was right: Foyet was haunting Hotch. And nothing was going to change that until he was dead. "JJ, I know. I know we can track Foyet unless he does something. But we can do something. We can be there for Hotch. Foyet is haunting him. And without Haley and Jack being safe, Hotch can't feel any better. But if we support him, it might help him."

"Right," JJ muttered. She knew it would help, but she didn't think it would be enough. "You're right." She frowned. She knew Morgan was right. There was nothing more that they could do. "I'm gonna head out now."

"All right, JJ. See you in the morning."

"Yeah. In the morning."
