Doctor Cheyenne O'Neill entered the conference room.
"I'm sorry about being late. I--" she began, but McKay interupted.
"Got lost again," the astrophysist said.
"Hey, Merideth, leave Cheyenne alone. She's only been here a week," Sheppard pointed out.
"And Atlantis is a big place," added Teyla.
"Can we just get on with this meeting?" demanded Ronan.
why is a physical anthropologist joining sheppard's team
"Is it human?" Sheppard asked Cheyenne, who was studying the remains that the team had discovered earlier that day.
"Come back later and I'll tell you what sex it is," replied Cheyenne without looking up from the fragment of bone she was inspecting under the mircoscope.
"How much later?" Sheppard asked.
"Dinner at the earliest," replied Cheyenne.
"18 hundred hours sound good to you?"
"Mess hall?"
"I hear they're serving Reuben sandwiches tonight."
"I'll meet you there, then. What time is now?"
"16 hundred hours."
"See you in two hours then, Sheppard."
"See you, Doctor O'Neill."
