Hey guys! This is my first fanfic! It's a nalu one shot! Enjoy! P.S. I do not own fairy tail!

Lucy was in the guild with her blue haired friend, Levy. They were talking about books (Like usual) Gajeel was sitting there eating iron
and Gray was at the bar with Mirajane and his clothes off like normal.

Natsu was out on a job with Happy. "Hey Lu-chan, do you know where the book 'The mist' is?" Levy asked.
"Umm.." she thought for a moment and then snapped her fingers. "Yes, I will go get it for you Levy-chan!"

She went to get Levy the book. It was on a bookshelf on the other side of the guild from where they were.
She reached for it but it was on the top the shelf next to a snow globe. When Lucy got the book it tilted
and knocked the snow globe over.

Gray quickly noticed and used Ice make: Cannon, trying to hit it before
it got to Lucy. But he was too late, it had hit her on the head. She quickly went to the floor, blood on her
and glass in her head.

Gray quickly ran over to her, as well as everyone else in the guild hall at the time.
Gray held her in his arms. "Lucy! LUCY! Lucy ANSWER ME!"

There was no reply from her, she was just in gray's
arms. "Mire! Go call an ambulance!" She left to call one. It soon came and Lucy was in it heading to Magnolia Hospital.

~One day later~
Natsu and he blue feline came in through the guild doors. "We're back!" He said as he looked for Lucy, but she wasn't
in sight. Natsu went up to Gray, Happy following. "Oi! Ice princess where is Lucy? I gotta tell her about this job!"

Gray didn't answer him, just looked at Natsu with worry. "What happened?..." Natsu asked as he saw gray's face
"Natsu...Lucy got in an accident.." Natsu's eyes widened in shock. "What happen to her?" Gray was quite for a moment
"Long story she got glass in her head, she is in Magnolia Hospital. She is in a coma..."

Natsu looked like he was about to cry. "Is s-she o-okay?" Natsu's voice cracked. "...She is not so good Natsu.." gray replied as he hated to tell ~even Natsu~
this. They were quite for a moment, then Natsu broke the silence "Take me to see her now!.." Gray nodded and they left

~At the hospital~

Natsu walked in and saw Lucy with dried blood on her forehead and her in a coma. A tear fell from his eye. "I can't believe
this happened to her.." Natsu said sad.

Natsu sat in a chair next to Lucy's bed and held her hand. "Hey Luce, I'm so sorry
I couldn't be there when this happened!" he started crying."Its all my fault that you are like this! If I was there I could
have protected you!" He felt Lucy move and looked up to see her look at him."Luce, I am so-.."

he was stopped she started talking. "It is not your fault Natsu. Please don't feel that way. It makes me upset when you think like that." He nodded and
looked at her. It was silent, Natsu spoke "You scared me half to death Luce, I'm so happy your ok!" He got up from his seat
and hugged her and she hugged back. "Hey Lucy..." "Yes Natsu?"

He looked her in the eyes as he said "I love you" Lucy looked shocked and she blushed red. "I love you too Natsu!" He slowly kissed her with passion and love. they pulled away breathless.
"I love you!" they said in unison and laughed.
