The tour I had today took up most of my day, so this is a last-minute Christmas drop-in. And my first one here, at that. Merry Christmas everyone!

Pairing: Hydreigon/Haxorus

I don't own Pokemon.

"For the last time, I don't want a gift. I don't want your flirtatious dialogue, I don't want a petty embrace, and most especially -"

"But that's the best part!"

"-I don't want a kiss."

The distraught dragon type turns her back, crossing her arms as her brainless heads press against her chest. Her eyes are closed, an I-hate-you already radiating her character overall. Her black insect-like wings struggle to keep her on the ground, but it still flaps reluctantly. Hydreigon sighs, a sigh of frustration.

The axe dragon, (her "other half", he often flirts on,) has his sharp claws flexed sidewards, open palms as if it to receive a ball. His rough mustard yellow tail droops, unlike its usual position pointing upwards. Underneath its rough-tough axe face, Haxorus tries to suppress a frown, which is somehow hard to do, despite him smiling every day. "So what do you want then? Nothing?" He irritatedly asks, shrewd face he tries to keep away from her.

"Yes, exactly!" She returns the bitter look, as if she had already spoken about such years ago, or like a teacher who repeatedly tries to teach algebra to a five-year-old. "How do you not understand this one request?"

Haxorus shakes his head, keeping his small claws up. "Y'know what? I can't put up with this." He walks away, rambling on and grunting on his way out of the serene shores. The brutal pokemon just floats there, rolling her eyes. As the water skips slightly and lands unto the wet sand, as the sun rests at the farthest end of the sea, and as the skies grow salmon pink, she decides to be quiet. It's something she can't be with him around, she thinks to herself. "Whatever," she emotionlessly mutters.

The low tide waves crash unto the sand, grabbing out charred pieces of coral and dissolving sand, a peaceful sound for the lone pokemon. It's soothing, silent - sadistic! She slightly grins at the thought, amused at the idea of having to suffer far more than normal. She wishes it happens to him, as she's suffered long enough. A grimace falls unto her jaw, as another raspy sigh escapes her mouth.

"My one wish for Christmas...washed away on the beach." Her wings begin to flap furiously, as she almost falls unto the smooth ground. She shakes her head, as she begins to go back. To where...she'll leave it up to her subconscious.

She averts her gaze to the ground, the silky spots of mustard yellow on an uneven surface, with the small slippers or large paw prints that often walk on it. It might also be the small shells that lay helplessly on the ground, but she thinks both.

"So, how's my darling coping without me?"

She growls upon seeing the same reddened claw that sickens her when he offers it. She curses her subconscious mentally, but gives a distant and aloof look, not even bothering to hide the pink shade on her cheek.

"Ah, so Hydreigon decides to play Blush at Her Boyfriend this Christmas." Haxorus teases with a playful look dissolving his frown from earlier.

Hydreigon sheepishly smiles. She turns away, as if to shrug off his flirting. This concerns Haxorus, who approaches her with slow steps. "H-hey, sorry. Didn't mean that..."

He trails off, as the dark type pecks his mouth, eyes closed as she genuinely likes their contact. But he doesn't question. It's Christmas, he doesn't ask for mistletoe, for her to be more patient of him, nothing. Sometimes, you just have to let go - especially if your girlfriend's really...emo.
