My name is Cody Walker, I've done horrible things in the past and I need to get the worse off my chest. It all started when I met the girl of my dreams, Gwen. I did everything to impress her but she was more interested in Trent. I didn't let that deter me, I just doubled my efforts. It all fell apart for me when Heather read Gwen's diary.
What's wrong with that stupid bitch, I'm Cody fucking Walker I'm filthy stinking rich, what can that poor nobody Trent offer her?. A double wide trailer at the best. I couldn't have that for Gwen so I formulated a plan. I decided to get Trent out of the picture, permanently.
I found him the next day down by the beach by himself, I started down there sliding the brass knuckles on my hand that my dad gave me for protection. He smiled as I approached, he wouldn't be smiling for long.
"Hey, what's up man?" he asked me.
"Nothing, hey there's Gwen!" I shouted, he looked away and I leaped forward and started punching his face repeatedly. Blood and teeth flew as I continued my assault on Trent, as he cried and tried to crawl away I looked around and saw a huge rock. Placing my foot on his back, holding him down.
"Please… please stop… I'll… do anything you want man" he pleaded, I sneered and brought the rock down, his face caved in and bits of skull and grey matter flew everywhere. I pulled the rock out which made a loud squishing sound and brought it down again. I then preceded to cover my tracks by beating myself up and collapsing a short distance away from him.
"Help… somebody… anybody… help" I shouted, soon I heard gasping and movement eventually the other campers came and saw the scene.
"Cody, what happened?" Chris asked.
"We… were attacked… I tried… but… I couldn't save him" I sobbed, those acting lessons paid off, mom said they were stupid. The others believed it and Trent's body was taken home to be buried. I had to sit in the infirmary. The others came to visit and left soon after, but Gwen stayed.
"Cody, can you tell me what happened?" she asked, looking me in the eye.
"Yeah, this guy came from under the dock and attacked me, Trent tried to fight him off. But that just drew his attention to him, he attacked Trent and smashed his face in with a rock. He ran off when I started yelling.
"Thanks Cody" she said, I took a chance and pulled her into a kiss. She resisted at first but gave in and started kissing me back.
My Name is Cody Walker, and this is my world.
