Andromeda looked down at her newborn baby. She smiled as the little girl looked up at her with her Black family eyes. Her hair kept changing colors much to her mother's amusement. She looked at her baby girl and knew without a doubt that she had made the right decision. For quite some time after leaving her family to be with Ted she had been plagued with thoughts of doubt. Even though she loved her husband she still missed her family dearly. Or more specifically her sisters. When she had found out that she was pregnant she had wished that her mother was there with her. For all her mother's coldness she had always been a good mother to the girls. She had also hoped her sisters and herself could be close again. She had hoped the baby would bring the three of them together. Instead it simply made them angrier at her for procreating with a muggleborn.

But as she looked down at her little girl she knew that she had done the right thing. She knew that the decision that she had made was the right one. It was the decision that gave her everything she had ever truly wanted. A family of her own.

Ted watched as his beautiful wife held their baby girl. He was always very proud of his wife but there were two times that he had been in awe of her strength. The day she had been disowned. She hadn't simply run away. She had stood up to her family before walking out. She hadn't even looked back at her childhood home as she walked towards him by the gates of the large manor. The second was that day. The day his baby girl was born. She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl without her beloved family by her side. He knew how much she still loved her family even though they had disowned her for marrying him. And to see her so happy and strong made him love her more than he had ever before.

Unknown to the new parents Andromeda's sisters were disillusioned in the room. Narcissa

giggled silently as her new niece changed her hair color. She thought the little baby was cute and she

was glad that her older sister was happy and healthy. She did love her sister and niece but knew she

could never show it. So she vowed to keep an eye on her little niece and set up a vault at Gringotts for

the baby so when she grew up she would have some money to her name.

Bellatrix watched the child with interest. She did love her sister but was still angry with her.

But she couldn't deny that the child had potential. She was a powerful little girl and would be a great

student. But how could she teach the child?

(I know its short but let me know what you think. Thanks! I do not own Harry Potter no matter how

many memory charms I use. It belongs to JK Rowling.)
