What if Tigerstar had killed Scourge?
The final battle against Firestar and Tigerstar!
"You stinking Kittypet! I'll kill you before your Clan's very eyes!"Tigerstar spat
"No Tigerstar, you won't. For I have StarClan on my side, and you don't. You may have been given the nine lives of a leader, but StarClan is still on my side, you Traitor! Firestar hissed.
"Then let's see who really does have StarClan on their side, little retch!" Tigerstar screamed then leaped at Firestar. Firestar was totally unaware and was caught off guard. As Tigerstar bowled into his side, Tigerstar said mockingly "Stupid Kittypet doesn't know how to fight!" Firestar was knocked off balance and sent hurtling towards ThunderClan.
"Firestar!"screamed Sandstorm. She was about to leap at Tigerstar when Firestar got up.
"Don't Sandstorm. This is my battle." he said calmly.
Firestar practically flew straight at Tigerstar. Firestar sent Tigerstar off to the side. Firestar saw an opening. Tigerstar had his stomach face up. He ran with the speed of StarClan and raked his claw down Tigerstar's stomach. Tigerstar was momentarily in fierce pain, but it seemed to have left him. He raked his claws down Firestar's side. Firestar got back up and whacked Tigerstar in the face. That left him momentarily stunned. Tigerstar got up and scratched Firestar on the nose.
"We are too even. I need to find a trick." Firestar said.
Then Firestar acted as if he were defeated. Tigerstar yowled in triumph. He jumped to deal the killing blow. Then Firestar launched himself at Tigerstar. He hit him on the stomach. Tigerstar went flying. Then he lay motionless. Firestar ran up and bit down hard on Tigerstar's neck. Firestar backed up as Tigerstar jerked. Then he lay motionless. Two lives down, seven to go. Then Tigerstar jerked again and lay motionless. He had lost another life! He kept this up till he was on his last life. Then he got up.
"Think you are so good? Well, Kittypet, I'm not dead yet!" Tigerstar spat. He jumped on Firestar's back. His unnaturally long claws dug in hard. Suddenly Firestar let out a yowl. He lay motionless. Then, he reared up and hit Tigerstar hard on the ground. Firestar's eyes glowed with rage. He clawed Tigerstar's belly hard. Then he hit him so hard that his soul probably went to DeathClan and back. Tigerstar lay motionless. Firestar had won.
"I have rid the forest of a great evil. But if I know Tigerstar, he will want revenge, even if he is in DeathClan. In the process, I have lost a life. But I still have eight left. I will make it." he told the Clans. Sandstorm ran up to the middle of the clearing where Firestar was sitting. She licked his wounds until Cinderpelt came and shooed her away. She attended his wounds.
