Authors Note: This story takes place right where the movie left off. Jessica and Roger were headed through the brick wall and were going to go home. I don't know what happened to Eddie and Dolores so let's just assume they went back to Eddie's office for the night. Let's begin shall we! :) (Also This story has nothing to do with the movie Knocked Up. I also do not own these characters. They all belong to Disney/Touchstone!)
Judge Doom had been stopped, Toontown was saved from being dipped off the face of the earth, and Roger and Jessica had been reunited. The night so far had been a crazy one and Jessica and Roger were ready to hit the hay after a very long day! Jessica knew she had promised Roger a Carrot Cake but she was too tired to cook. Roger was very tried and had to go into work tomorrow not knowing what exactly to expect so he had to get some sort of sleep. They walked up the driveway to their house in Toontown. Jessica opened the front door and let Roger in before closing the door behind her.
Roger looked back at her with a smile and said, "So, how 'bout that carrot cake you were going to make me".
Jessica sighed and sat down on the leather couch before looking up at Roger and saying, "Oh Roger honey… I'm too tired to make this cake tonight, maybe tomorrow. I just want to get some sleep".
Roger nodded in agreement and like the klutz he was, he began to walk over to his wife, bit tripped mid-way. Jessica let out a little laugh before getting up to help her husband up.
"Come on Roger, let's go to bed" she said before leading Roger to the bedroom.
Jessica went to the bathroom and changed into her nightgown and Roger changed into his sleeping overalls. They both slipped into bed and gave each other one last kiss goodnight.
"Goodnight Honey Bunny" Jessica said to Roger.
"Goodnight Jessica" Roger said to his wonderful wife.
Now that they had said their goodnights, they were ready to get some sleep. Jessica closed her eyes and fell asleep, but Roger stared up at the ceiling and thought about everything they had just gone through. He felt bad for Jessica because she had been so worried about where he had been. He wanted to do something for her, but what would he do? Suddenly, he got the idea of visiting Eddie and asking him what he should do for Jessica. With that, he closed his eyes and feel asleep hoping for a better day tomorrow.
