Prologue:
Hello, I am the narrator of this story. I will be describing the events that will occur during the story. A stage light is turned on and focuses on an old man with a lab coat and sandy gray hair.
"Hello there", the old man says, he greets you with a warm smile. "Welcome to the world of Pokémon! My name is Professor Samuel Oak! People call me the Pokémon Professor! As you may already know, this world is inhabited by creatures called Pokémon!" Prof. Oak grabs a strange red and white ball with a circle in the middle from his pocket and throws it in the air. Surprisingly, a fox like creature comes out of the ball and jumps to Prof. Oak. "For some people, Pokémon are household pets. Others may use them for fights called Pokémon Battles. Me myself… well, I study Pokémon as a profession. I examine them wonder how they live and where they came from. Your very own Pokémon legend is about to unfold! A world of dreams and adventures with Pokémon awaits! Let's go!"
The Stage Curtains open and showcases a battle between two weird looking creatures.
Our Story is soon to begin...
We enter a house in the little town of Pallet, where a young boy is soon to embark on his very first Journey...
"Come on Nidorino, you can do it!" A young boy cheers, watching a battle undergo between two Pokemon on his bedroom television, Gengar and Nidorino. Enter Travis, a boy who has a pure spirit and a good heart. He has loved Pokemon ever since he witnessed a Pokemon Battle between to boys 3 years ago.
"Nidorino has fainted! He is unable to battle Gengar Wins," the announcer on the television states, who is located in the middle of a futuristic stadium that shows a health bar of each Pokemon and their picture on the side of it.
"Aww Man! Nidorino totally could've kicked his a-"
"TRAVIS MONROE JACKSON, ARE YOU STILL AWAKE?!" A Woman's voice interrupted Travis, she burst into his room and turned off his TV. She wore a white apron, dirtied with food, over a black t-shirt and khakis.
"Wha-MOOOOM! They were about to give the Trainer a trophy!" Travis whined, pouting at the fact he had to go to bed. "It is eleven o' clock, take yo' ass to bed! NOW," His mom said.
"Dangit!"
