That Damn Book!
It was all Kakashi's fault, his and that damn orange book he always reads! If he had told Naruto what it was about instead of just grinning, this would have never happened but OH NO! he had to keep it to himself! So now he is in this predicament.
Yesterday:
Sitting on the gate that lead out of the village he watched as Kakashi and his team sprint into the forest, never seeing the smirk that graced the dog nin's face. Knowing that the nin would only be gone overnight he decided that now was his time. Jumping down he ran to the other nin's house and preceded to look for a way in. Glancing up he found one. Laughing, he jumping in the open window and to his utmost surprise found the one thing he was looking for, that damn book. Laying on the bedside table. Looking innocently at him. With a growl he grabbed it and hightailed it out of there.
Now where to read it that no one would look for him… he thought. oh! The park! He never went there!
Swiftly walking to the park he never heard someone calling his name. all he could think about was the thin book hidden in his vest. Taking the long way to make sure no one was following him he found the perfect spot. A high hill with a pond in front of it and trees bordering the other three sides. Looking around to make sure that he hadn't grabbed anyone's attention he settled into the grass to start the book that had wiggled it's way into his mind.
Opening it, he started.
