I wrote this in seriously 5 minutes. That new promo really through me for a loop. I'm not sure what i think. I do think Adam and Fiona are going to be in each others lives no matter what happens, whether it be romantically or otherwise. Anyway, here you go. :)
Face it Fiona. You don't want me, you want a girl!
The words ran through her mind over and over again. She stared at the young boy standing across from her. He looked crushed. She could see his heart was breaking.
"Adam, I love you." Fiona said.
Adam scoffed.
"Why don't you believe me?" Fiona asked. Her voice sounded pleading.
Adam sighed. She could see he was in pain. His eyes were full of hurt and betrayal.
"I know you love me. That's what sucks. Fiona, you may love me but, face it, you're a lesbian." Adam said. He stared at her sympathetically. Even though he was crushed he knew what it was like. He knew how it felt to be confused. He knew she didn't need him to be angry with her . She was going to need him to be a friend. And as much as he knew it was going to kill him to be that, he would. Because he loved her.
Fiona's eyes slowly filled with tears. "I'm not…I mean…I'm…" she hiccupped. "I don't know what I am." she whispered.
Adam hugged her. "Shhh." he soothed her. "It's okay. It's okay not to know. You're going to be fine."
"I love you." She whispered.
Adam slowly released her from the hug. He took his hands and cupped her face. "I love you too. No matter what happens with us, I love you. We're going to get through this. Together."
Fiona sniffled. "You don't hate me for being confused?"
Adam gave her a sad smile. "I could never hate you."
So I also thought posting this drabble would be a nice way of me saying sorry about my lack of updates. For those of you who read my fic "Speak Now" I'm so so so sorry I haven't gotten the chance to update. I was busy with the holidays then i wrote it right before I came back to school then i let it sit for like 3 days and when I went to go post it i decided I hated it and I've been working on rewriting it. I'm going to try to have it up by thursday but no promises. I am really sorry for the wait though!
