Indy sat down on the stone steps outside of the Martel Temple. 5 years ago a childish Genis Sage had promised him that he would return, and since then, everyday, Indy would come to the Temple at sundown and wait for his lover. And again, today it seemed as if he would never show.

Indy rested his chin on his folded hands as he stared at the ground in front of him that seemed to stretch on for miles. He eventually got drowned in his thoughts as sleep took over him.

Indy awoke in a matter of time to the soft crunching of gravel. As he slowly raised his head a gasp escaped him as he saw a now taller, older, version of Genis making his way towards him, a soft smile on his face.

"Genis!" He yelled, completely befuddled.

"Well, hello there Indy." He said as he sat down beside him.

"You... Look so different..." Indy murmured, his wish of Genise returning finally coming true.

"Not like a kid, eh?" Genise said, twirling a long strand of his silvery-white hair. Indy could hear the deepness in his voice, far different from the nasally child-ish voice he had grown so fond of.

"Not like a kid at all." Indy agreed.

Genis took in a deep breathe before saying "I've missed you," and entangling their hands together.

Indy blushed like an idiot, having not felt Genis' touch in so long this moment was enchanting.

"There's no one around, Indy." Genise said, pushing Indy on his back, a smirk spread across his face.

"Uwah? I-I'm around..." He said nervously.

"That makes it all the better." Genise said as he placed a kiss on his lips.

Indy kissed back, his fingers entangled in Genise's long hair.

"Feisty." Genise said sticking his tongue out and kissing Indy again, earning a moan from him.

In a blink of an eye they were ripping each others clothes off, not daring to break the kiss.

Indy had missed this.
