A/N: A FitzSimmons poem to start off the new year, because I'm bored, and it popped into my head, and there's too long until our agents are back. Also I apologize for my poor poetic skills - as anyone who've read any of my previous poems will know I suck at this genre, but when my muse fixes me up who am I to complain. Happy New Year to everyone!
Spoilers: For 3x08 Many Heads, One Tale.
Disclaimer: I'm not angry that I don't own the rights to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
She was not mine
But I took from her
I stole.
A kiss.
Something small
But still a big deal.
-x-
She gave me one back
A gift
A pity
A mercy.
But it was free
And I took it.
-x-
In one breath
We found each other
For the first time.
But it wasn't ours to take
So we remained
Cursed.
