Sandy Beach
The wind was blowing comfortably; the seagulls were flying around peacefully; the sand and the sea water were sparkling under the sun. Despite the supposedly fun situation, Coby and Helmeppo were at the bottom of hell.
"Umm…Helmeppo-san…, where are we…actually?" he asked, face pale and confused.
"Hell if I know," Helmeppo only replied with the same expression as Coby.
This was another summer island the marine ship docked in. They were supposed to take a break for awhile when Coby decided inspecting the inhabitant island was a good idea. Of course being a good friend, Helmeppo offered to accompany him. Well, that was before they suddenly got lost inside the forest and by the time they got out, the marine ship was nowhere to be found.
"This is your fault, Coby," Helmeppo began his protest, blaming Coby for any unfortunate event happening to them.
"Well, sorry then. You should not follow me around if I am being so much trouble for you," Coby said, annoyed at his friend's immature attitude.
Still, they knew bickering like that would be pointless and wasting time, so they decided to send an SOS signal to seek help while hoping that their ship was not far enough the moment they noticed their disappearance. That was why the two boys were on the beach now, sitting quietly on the brown powdery sand while enjoying the breeze together.
"I wonder what're Luffy-san and Zoro-san doing right now…," Coby then started out loud while staring at the horizon, soft expression on his face.
"Quit talking about those Straw-Hats, man; frigging annoying," Helmeppo retorted quite heatedly. He still hated those guys anyway, but hearing that happy-soft tone from Coby talking about them, gave him more reasons to be annoyed.
They were silent for awhile before Coby chuckled slightly. "Are you by chance…jealous of them?" he asked peering expectantly at the boy beside him.
"Stupid," Helmeppo didn't deny that though. Coby smiled at the blushing boy and stood suddenly.
"Let's play building castle from the sand before the ship comes and gets us," the pink haired boy said while grinning.
Sometimes Helmeppo couldn't understand what Coby was thinking, but seeing the happy grin and the half naked Coby playing sand at a sandy beach indeed was a bonus; and Helmeppo would not reject a bonus.
