hey guys, HogwartsRocks is back! Hopefully! This is written off a challenge.
It was a typical day for Ron Weasley. It was his turn to feed the ghoul, since if you don't the ghoul starts moaning and banging louder than usual, and then it lets itself downstairs and raids the kitchen. The loudness wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the raiding. While it was eating, the ghoul rolled over off a bottle. That's strange, thought Ron, no one every leaves anything up here. Ron picked it up. It said Willy Wilkin's Full-Proof, No Wait, Hair Dye. I wonder what color it is? Thought Ron. He put some in his hair and went downstairs.
In the kitchen, his mom was making dinner. "Hey mum, do I look different?" asked Ron. Molly turned around. "What- my goodness, what have you done to your hair!" she exclaimed. "What do you mean?" he asked. "Your hair, it's all black!" she replied. "Oh, I found some hair dye upstairs. I put some in, because I wanted to know what color it was. I guess it's black," Ron said. "Ron, what are you doing messing with dye, for all you know, it could have been Fred and George's!" His twin brothers were famous for making innocent looking things that turned your skin green or made your eyes disappear.
Later that day, his brothers and sister came in from Quidditch playing in the garden. Fred and George were the first ones in. "Hey Ronnie, what's...what's up with your new hairstyle? Trying to make yourself good looking? Face it, buddy, you're a lost cause," George said. "Hey Fred, take a look at Ron's hair!" he added. "Now that you mention it, what happened?" Fred asked. "Ask him," George replied. Fred looked at Ron expectantly. "What? I found a bottle of hair dye and wanted to know what color it was," Ron said. Ginny, who had been watching the exchange, just shook her head at him.
At dinner, his father and older brother, Percy, came in. "Ron, what did you do to your hair?" Percy asked. "Is the color black bad on me or something? Everyone's acting like I lost it all," Ron said exasperatedly. " As a matter of fact, it is bad on you. You would look better with no hair," Fred commented. "Shut up, Fred," Ron shot back. "Ron," his mum said warningly. Just then his father came back downstairs. "Hey Molly, Fred, George, Ginny, Ron- Ron? What happened to your hair?" his dad asked. "I found a bottle of die and wanted to know what color it was!" Ron shouted. " Don't talk to your father like that, Ron," his mother reprimanded. " Hold on...the bottle of dye didn't say "Willy Wilkins" did it?" Arthur asked nervously. "As a matter of fact, it did," Ron replied. "Uh, oh. That used to belong to me," his father said. "So, it comes out, doesn't it? I'll wash it out after dinner," Ron said.
"Ron, there's a reason that dye said "Full-Proof". Your hair... the dye might not wash out," Arthur said. " What do you mean?" asked Ron.
"Ron, your hair may be stuck like that...permanently,"
So, like it, hate, don't want me to write anything every again? Tell me. There will be a next chapter! Because, frankly, I'm not good at oneshots. I like to know what people think, so review, please!
P.S. I am taking suggestions for the next chapter or so.
