I don't own Harry Potter.
Just a little poem I wrote about Severus' feelings for Lily. Hope you enjoy!
Green eyes shine brightly
under a waterfall of red hair.
A smile plays on her full red lips
My Lily.
She doesn't know I watch her,
leaning over her books in the library
lips pursed and eyes squinted
as she tries to comprehend the text in front of her.
I wish I could talk to her
Walk with her
but then James comes and lifts her away.
Leaving me alone in the darkness
Overshadowed, depressed, lonely.
Always pushed to the side.
At least I always had Lily,
but she's James' sweet flower now.
And I know I'll never pick another flower
from the garden of love.
Because My Lily Flower was one of a kind
She can't be replaced; I will never replace her.
She will be in my mind forever,
sweet and innocent, and never forgotten.
Please review and tell me what you think! Thanks!
