This is pretty much a spoof of Britney Spear's "Stronger" one line can change to become a more distasteful lyric but hey. Oh yeah, and it's only the chorus.

I'm stradling a steel chair,
It's all plastic up there,
My HIV is killing me some more,
I, I'm Dying.

And the more ahem un tasteful one is:

I'm stradling a steel chair,
Now they've shaved all my pubic hair,
MY HIV is killing me some more,
I, I'm dying.
