"This goes against everything I've learned from the monks," Aang began. "I can't just go around, wiping out everyone I don't like!"

"Sure you can!" Sokka said, "You're the Avatar! If its in the name of keeping balance, I'm pretty sure the universe will forgive you." At this point Aang was shaking with anger. Katara could see his temper blow away like dust in the wind.

"It isn't a joke Sokka! None of you understand the position I'm in!" Aang yelled, she'd only seen him this angry since when he found out the air nomads were extinct. She needed to calm him down…

"We do understand Aang," She started, "Its just-"

"Just what Katara!?"

"We're trying to help!" She defended.

"Then when you figure out a way for me to beat the fire lord without taking his life, I'd love to hear it!" He concluded, storming off into the house. She ran after him, unable to keep up and yelled.

"Aang! Don't walk away from this!" She had continued after the angered Avatar, when a hand caught her shoulder. She looked up to see Zuko's face looking at her with genuine concern. "Don't." He said, "He needs time to himself," He finished off, brushing a lock of her hair.

The pair stayed that way, looking at each-other's eyes. Golden-brown gazed into deep-blue and deep-blue gazed into golden-brown. Unknowingly, the space between them was closed, their lips meeting each other. Passion was what she felt. The rest of the worl then seemed non-existent to them as he held her with him.
