Spoilers: Season 3 Episode 17 Dance with Somebody

Blaine! Blaine! Blaine! Kurt repeated as he ran across the school yard after him. Blaine stopped, his head hanging down and he slowly turned to see Kurt rushing over to him.

"I've said all….I've said all I wanted Kurt" he stammered.

"Yeah in front of the whole of Glee club, Blaine I didn't cheat on you."

Blaine shook his head as his eyes burned with the well of tears ready to burst "It's that reason why this is over, if you can't see this is cheating, then how can I trust you in New York."

Kurt stared at Blaine, tears now trickling down both their faces. Kurt shuffled forward closer to Blaine and stroked away the tear off Blaine's cheek. "I love you and I promise I have not and will never cheat on you." Kurt sighed and continued "You are the only one I want and need, please believe that."

Blaine longingly stared into Kurt's eyes and he can only reply with "I wish I could believe that." Blaine pulled away from Kurt and leaves him standing there alone.

Kurt promises to himself that he will prove to Blaine that what he said is the truth.

"Don't you dare walk away from me

I have nothing, nothing, nothing

If I don't have you, you

If I don't have you, oh you"

The music ends and Kurt's gasped for air as he stared around the music room to see all his friends clap. He turns to the most important person there to see him with his hands clasped against his lips and more tears ready to fall.

The gang quickly fill out of the room to leave Blaine sitting at the back and Kurt still leaning against microphone stand at the front, neither one making the first move, neither one to admit that they in some ways both overreacted.

Blaine finally took the first tentative step down to Kurt "I…" was all Blaine could manage without his voice breaking and could only hug Kurt instead. Kurt pulled Blaine closer and whispered "I'm sorry."
