This is my first attempt at fan fiction so reviews would be very helpful thanks and enjoy the read
Chapter 1
To the average person Dean would look just like any other 16 year old kid. However he was being sent to yokai academy by the U.S. government to assess the threat the monster world would pose to everyday life. "why did I agree to take this assignment" Dean thought to himself as he waited for the bus people just kept staring at him he did slightly stand out being 6'2" and pretty well built he had short black hair and piercing blue eyes. Finally the bus neared and opened the doors he was instantly hit by a wall of smoke and a low chuckle "You going to yokai academy kid". The bus driver asked he just nod his head while stepping on the bus he stopped listening to the driver and sat in the back and pulled a folder to review his mission. "so they want me to do this and they have very limited info on the monsters I might have to put up with" he said to himself while looking down at the 45 tucked in his bag as he went to put the folder back in his bag a small box fell out with a note that read "look I know we are sending you in with not much intel but we do know water hurts vampire so take these" he eyed the box of bullets "what dose water core mean" he wonder to himself.
The bus driver broke him out of his trance " Hey kid we are here take care of yourself it a jungle out there" he smirked "I will do my best thanks" As he stepped off he was taken aback by the view. "A red sky and a blood red ocean that is odd" he said aloud to know one in particular. As he started to walk to the school he swore he kept hearing something behind him but just blew it off. It was a rather creepy even by his standards so he picked up his pace. About the same time something heavy hit him square in the back as he tumbled with whoever was on the bike. He tried to right himself he felt something soft under his hand followed by a small yelp he looked up and saw a beautiful girl with long pink hair and green eyes that could bore into your sole "I'm so sorry I didn't mean to grab your leg" he sputtered out.
She looked at him "I'm anemic and faint oh! Your bleeding let me take care of that" she spoke as she reached in her backpack and pulled out a cloth to wipe away the blood. "He smells so good" she thought to herself "please forgive me it's because I'm a vampire" she said as she sunk her fangs into Dean's neck. He felt his hand on the 45 in his bag but let it go "no need to blow my cover just yet and it doesn't hurt too much" he thought to himself as she pulled back. Looked him in the eye "what do you think of vampires" she asked "oh vampires are fine by me". He responded yay she screamed as she tackled him to the floor "Oh I'm Moka by the way what's your name" "my name is Dean it's nice to meet you".
Moka seemed happy "do you want to be friends I'm new here and don't know anyone" she asked he responded without hesitation. "absolutely" "and what's with that wired outfit and shoes" she asked as Dean looked down and figured out what she meant he had on a white western style button up blue jeans and a pair of black cowboy boots "Oh well you see I was a late transfer and they didn't have any uniforms in my size they said they will have them by the end of the week" he said she smiled and shook her head accepting his answer.
"well we should get going or we are going to miss the opening ceremony" After the ceremony Dean sat in home room listening to the teacher and half day dreaming about the girl he met this morning "I wonder if I will get to see her again" he absent Mindy though as the door opened and she stepped through and apologized for being late "oh that's fine dear just please introduce yourself and take a seat" the teacher said "Hi my name is Moka Akashiya" she said as she looked over the room as her eye fell upon dean she let out a cheerful scream and tackled Dean to the floor "yay we are in the same home room isn't that great" "it's awesome" he responded as he felt ever guy in the room give him the death glare after homeroom they went off exploring "we should go find our rooms first and make sure everything is there as it should be" Dean suggested "ok let's meet by the soda machine" she said. As dean found his room he was relieved to learn one person per room "Well that's going to make life easy" Dean thought as he unpicked guns knives and other weapons "only 20 more minutes till I get to see her again" He happily said to himself he wondered what the future held for him
