"What brings you here today, Saitô?" Kenshin asked.

"Just a social visit." The Parole Officer flicked his cigarette at his new car. "What do you think?"

The red head snorted, Saitô was not a social person. However, he took the hint and circled the police interceptor.

"Saitô," he said slowly, "while most people would consider 'To Punish and Enslave' both a really bad joke and scarily appropriate; if you were going to personalize the motto, would not 'Aku Soku Zan' be better?"

Saitô smiled… an evil smile, "Do you remember the giant alien robots, Shinomori mentioned?"

Kenshin nodded.

"Meet Barricade."
