Ryouga can try and act tough, even downright cruel, but Rio knows he'll always be her dear twin deep down. He can pretend he hates the world, pretend she's all that's good in it, but she knows there's something else…otherwise he wouldn't wander about on his own, searching.
And she's right, even if she's not around to see it. Because there's Yuuma, and Kaito, and the Barians…and it tears Ryouga apart to have to choose between them. She knows; it tears her apart as well, but not like with him. They were his friends first; not like them as twins.
