"Denny, Denny, Denny! You have to see this video I found!" you yell as you run into the Nordic's living room, clutching your laptop tightly.
"Not in the mood, [name]." Denmark growls from his seat in front of the fireplace.
"But Denny," you whine, "It's really cool and-"
"I said I'm not in the mood!" he snaps, wheeling around to glare at you. You let out a startled squeak and back away, the expression on Denmark's face sending a clear message that he wanted to be left alone.
"Man, I wonder what's up his butt." you mutter as you leave the living room, laptop tucked safely under your arm. "I just wanted to show him a video..." You wander into the kitchen and see Finland making cookies. Maybe Finland would like the video?
"Oh, hey [name]!" Finland greets you as you walk into the kitchen. "I heard your, um, conversation with Denmark. Don't take it personally, he's just still sore about Sweden leaving him all those years ago."[1] he kindly explains.
"That's right! You exclaim, eyes widening in remembrance. "Today is Sweden's birthday! How could I forget?" You slump into one of the kitchen chairs and bury your head in your hands. "I'm an awful friend." you mutter.
Finland tries to console you. "No you're not!" he says, patting you on he back gently. Desperate to distract you before you begin to cry, he points to your open laptop. "What's that?" he asks, gesturing to the video you had up.
"Oh that!" you say, snapping out of your mini-depression. "That's a video I found. Want to watch it?" you ask. Finland nods. You hit play and the video begins. By the end, both you and Finland are laughing so hard you're crying.
"That," Finland says between fits of laughter, "was one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time." You laugh in agreement. Suddenly, there is a crash from the living room. "Oh, that's not good." Finland says worriedly. "I better go check on Denmark."
You yawn. "Yeah, it's getting pretty late. I'm going to go get ready for bed. Goodnight, Finland!" you call as you head upstairs to your bedroom.
Sweden walks into the kitchen, looking for Finland. Instead, he finds your open laptop with a video up. He pushes play.
You had just finished getting ready for bed when you hear your bedroom door open. You turn around to see who it was, but before you can a strong arm wraps around your wait and pulls you against a warm chest. You look up to see who your captor was. "Sweden? What are you doing here?" you ask, confused. Sweden hardly ever comes on your room.
"There's a party in my pants, and you're invited." He grunts.
"C-come again?" you stutter. Had Sweden just say what you think he just said?
"It's my birthday party, [name]. And I want you to come."
Oh crap. He'd seen the video.
A/N:
[1] Denmark isn't OOC, he's just cranky because on June 6th, 1523 Sweden was like, "Yeah, Denmark? I'm out. Peace." (Not in those exact words, of course. I'm paraphrasing). At least, that's what the Internet told me. Please let me know if I'm wrong.
This is based off the video, "There's a Party I Sweden's Pants." the joke was just too good to pass up. If you want to watch it, just type that into YouTube and it should come up.
Written on June sixth and stuff. I'm getting tired or retyping this over. And over. And over. *sigh*
