So hello this is just a one shot, going into an idea i had for a httyd fanfiction. It is horror based, so tell me if it was creepy. If you guys like it, I will make it into a full story so anyway let it commence.
The tunnels were dark, darker than night. The only thing guiding me was Toothless. I could feel he was tense, as he was alert like a fox. I could smell the putrid rotting smell of the dead, as i crept further and further into the cavern just a few feet in front of me. With Toothless at my back i felt a little bit safer, but couldn't rid the foreboding silence that crept into my soul.
The Cavern opened up into a large underground hall. That was lit by little glow worms, on the ceiling of the cavern. I looked around the cave that still was only barely lit, and in the shadows i saw it, The Eyes Two huge red eyes the glowed like fire. With two black slits in the middle of them. They narrowed as it realized it was seen. Toothless growled at it, but then he whimpered down as he saw the eyes. Those eyes were like demons, as it stayed in the shadows. I ran to the nearest wall to hide behind.
It then did something, that will haunt me to this day. "Well Hiccup i can See you i can feel your breath, don't be shy step into the Darkness"it said in slow growling voice, that shook the room. "Yo...u c..c... an Ta..lk?"I squeaked out. It laughed a draconic cackle. "Yes hicc...hicc...up"It replied mocking my stutter. "How?" i asked trying not to stutter. "When you have lived as long as me, You would of learned a few languages. So i think you will want to know about me am i right."It said"How you know my name?"I asked as i was trying to figure this creature out. "Hmm i have been listening to you and your friends, Don't you think i would of picked up on your names. It said
Toothless came between me and roared, as he shot a plasma blast at it's face. It Didn't flinch it just turned to toothless and looked at him. Toothless started to roar in pain, as he was picked up by the next by an black tendril and thrown to the far wall cracking it. "TOOTHLESS" I screamed as i ran to him, he wasn't cut just dazed. I turned and saw the eyes on me again. "You are very protective of your Dragon my friend, I like that and i can tell you are very intelligent. Good so now i will have someone of similar brains to talk to."He said happily. "What do you want?"i said to him i didn't wan't to talk to it, it was already scary enough. "Oh right to point are we, Well i just wanted to say hi as i'm so excited at the games we will play." He said in deranged tone. "What games i'm playing no game i'm trying to survive!"i yelled at it, angry at that it thinks this is a game. "Hush little one no need to get ill tempered, the game is called life and the aim of it is to survive, so you and you friends can get out of here. if you win i have to do you a favor in the future and let you out of here."it said. "What if we loose?"i asked half of me not wanting to ask. "If you loose you will all be my dinner, or is it lunch i can't tell down here and trust me if you don't entertain me you all die anyway."it said smugly.
Toothless was starting to get up. "Well nice chat with you hiccup but you must be off, Your friends are down the right hallway And let the games Begin"it said proudly and before i knew it i was being whisked away, by Toothless and we bolted out of the room. No one is safe now i now i have to fight a creature in a battle of wits.
