Yep, China. The panda loving country, was the first person to catch Russia's attention. Russia couldn't help but look at China, and cherish every little word he said. Especially their time alone on the plane that day, Russia only forgot his parachute because of China's look in his eyes. Russia wanted to see him worry for Russia. It really didn't matter, because all the time Russia had China, he didn't regret it.
