CO-WRITE; ALICE IN WONDERLAND
Once upon a time, not so long ago, in a distant land lived a seventeen year old girl. She was just your regular girl. Or wasn't she?
Her name was Alice. She lived with her parents in a small town. She had a couple of friends, but she would often feel lonely. She would spend most of her days in her room, reading or drawing. That's what her mother didn't like. She wanted Alice to go out and be a good daughter, but she couldn't understand that Alice was happy the way she lived. There were days when she would go out with her friends, but it felt like she didn't belong there.
In school she was always bullied. They made fun of her. The way she dressed, the way her hair was that day, they bullied her because she was quite and didn't fight back. She kept everything to herself and it slowly became a big burden for her. She would be in pain. But not that kind of pain you get from a bruise or a scrape. It's physical pain, but it hurts your soul. Your whole being. And the only way you can get rid of this feeling is to cause more pain. And that's the worst part.
One day after Alice came home from school, her mother asked her to help with the dinner. Even though she had lots of things to do, she agreed to help. While she was setting up the table, one of the plates somehow fell to the floor and shattered to thousand little pieces. Her mom was furious. She immediately went to the floor to pick up the pieces and she cut her fingers while she was doing it. But that wasn't enough for her mother. She took the pieces Alice already collected and she threw them on Alice. There were some bigger pieces which, as they fell down, cut Alice's face and arms. She started tearing up, but she didn't cry in front of her mother. She waited until she got into her room.
After she went to her room, she threw herself at her bed. She had some medication in her nightstand's drawer. Alice took them out and scattered the pills on her bed. There was a lot of it. She took one in her hand and lifted it to her mouth. This could all end now – she thought. She hesitated for a moment, thinking about her life. Is it worth living? Does she have a loving family? Well, an abusive mother and a father who can't do, or maybe won't do anything, doesn't really sound like it. Does she have friends? Yes. But she feels like she doesn't belong there. Does she have anybody who loves her? No. Or at least she thought so.
She didn't hesitate anymore. She took a fist full of pills and put them in her mouth. She swallowed. After a few minutes, she was unconscious.

"Oi!. . . Oi, girl! Get UP!", a tired voice squeaks. Alice rolls over with a sob. It didn't work. "Why am I still here", she cries while slowly opening her eyes. "I don't know! Why ARE you here?!" a small voice says angrily, "And in the middle of our tea part~" "Who are you?! " Alice cuts the voice off, realizing she isn't where she was when she took the pills, "A-and where am I?!" She looks around to see herself lying on a long table with many chairs placed around it. "Wellllll, my dear girl! You seem to be sitting in the middle of our celebration!" a strange man ,with a green top hat and a wide smile, chortles. "No no no, Hatter! She is not 'sitting' in the middle of our celebration. She seems to be 'sleeping' through this special occasion." an angry looking door-mouse yawns. "Haha Occasion!" a rabbit. . . no, a March-heir in a waist coat, hiccups. Confused, Alice slowly sits up rubbing her eyes. "I was not sleeping I. . ." She stops abruptly realizing what she tried to do before waking up. Blushing, she puts her face in her palms.
