Okay, so I haven't updated in a while, and I promise I will update my other stories. I swear, but this was too good to not write!
Summary: Rachel Roth, an uprising artist has been left on the curb by her no good cheating boy friend. Hurt and lost, she turns to her friend, Victor Stone, the owner of Stone Enterprises. Being a millionaire gives him room to spare.
Richard Grayson, the playboy adopted son of billionaire Bruce Wayne. The 'bad boy' has also been kicked to the curb, by his model girlfriend. When he too turns to Victor, the two house guests must get along or get kicked out. So will the two learn to be friends, and maybe more, or will they both leave and forget they met.
"Rachel, its fine. You're like my sister, you don't need to worry about rent. Just draw and paint and move out when you're ready. Easy." the large man sat at the far end of the table from the delicate girl, who smiled and replied.
"Victor, I said I'll pay you rent, so pay you I will. I don't know how, but I will. Know, I do believe I heard a knock on your door, so you may want to get it before who ever is there leaves." the pixie like girl walked away, stopping at the door to pick up her small bag and continued to the guest room.
The man named Victor got up and walked to his door, which when opened revealed a shorter man, who stood with a duffel bag and a frown.
"Richard, my man! How are you? I haven't seen you in forever!" the larger man exclaimed. Yet the smaller man stood, unemotional.
"Vic, I messed up. Trisha, she kicked me. I… I need help. Bruce wont let me back until i agree to take over the business." the solemn man looked up to his kind hearted friend and waited for a response.
"Rich, you know you can always count on me. But I'll warn you, I already have a house guest for a while. You'll have to share me." the man said with a smile, very well knowing that problems would ensue.
"I'll deal with it. I promise. I just need a few weeks is all. Three months at best." the shorter man smiled, and walked into his friend's house.
In the other room, the two house guests came face to face. "Rea, I hope its okay but Rich here also needs a place to stay, so I've offered him the other room." Just as the common friend finished, the shorter man pulled his friend aside.
"Of all people… why Rachel freaking Roth? How are you friends with her?" he was offended that he had to house with her, a woman who was cold and thought herself better than all, and was, of all things, an artist.
"She is my friend Rich. Deal with it or leave. She needs a place. She's been through a lot." the larger man was no longer smiling as he turned away and left the shorter man alone.
