Chapter 1
Percy's POV
'The surviours rallied near the middle, arrows zipping past. The enemy force closed in and it was too late.' I woke up almost screaming.
I looked over and saw Annabeth at the foot of my bed, concern spreading on her face. She said, ''I heard screaming when I was walking past.'' I nodded. My best friend Annabeth was really pretty. She wore no makeup and always had a camp T on with jeans. The olny time she wasn't wearing those clohtehs was when she was wearing her black combat fatigues and her grey armor.
I jumped out of bed ran into the bathroom and toke a real quicke shower and came out running in my boxers trying to find some clothes and saw Annabeth still on my bed trying not to laugh.
''Shit!'' I yelled
''Launged, I don't wan't hear another damn cuss word!'' laughed Annabeth.
''Oh sure smartass!''
We both were craking up hard at this. I finally got some jeans and a hpolster T-shirt. I looked at my beautiful best friend-oh on! Don't think like that! We barely made it to the pavilon before Chiron annonced capture the flag.
The teams were Posiden,Athena,Apollo,Herems,and Aphrodite vs Demeter, Heptaues, Ares, and Dinoysus. I smiled as I strapped on my seagreen armor and black camo bants.
''Hey Prissy!''
shouted someone of to my left. I sighrd and asked,''Yes Clarrise?''
''We will kick your asses!''
''Sure,''
In another five mintues the game started. Our strategy was to keep half the Apollo adn Hermes cabins near the border. The childern of Aphrtide would charge right up the middle. Then the rest of the Apollo and Hermesflanked the right and Athena and me would attack the left. We would attack when Will Solace would shot this arrow with a point but the point was a small flare. After two mintues we heard shouting and clashing and Will was about to shot his arrow when a Ares camper came out of nowhere and nocked him over. Will accidently reles the arrow and it hit Annabeth in the chest and she pasted out.
Luckily the flare hadn't traveled far enough to go off, but Annabeth was really injured. I stayed next to her bed in the hospital all night and actually fell asleep sighing and thinking how nice of a girlfriend she would be.
