Ode to Voltorb
The body of a Voltorb is a sphere with no limbs.
Yet somehow it can still move itself on a whim.
Where does it get the momentum to roll?
Pushing itself must cost a big energy toll.
They say it's often taken for a Pokeball,
Even though it's almost two feet tall.
Whoever wrote the Dex must have no eyes,
Because Voltorb is several times the ball's size.
And how does it eat when it has no mouth?
For that matter, how does it talk or shout?
It's also known to get angry with ease.
Anyone who looks at its glare would agree.
If bothered, it may detonate itself,
Which really doesn't sound good for its health.
In short, Voltorb is a spherical creature,
With pointy eyes as its only face feature.
