"Where is it?" Harry groaned in frustration. He had been looking for the car key for a half hour now and was not amused. He would have summonedit if he could, but he and Ginny had decided that all the keys, and valuable, would have wards on them that prevented summoning should a thief try to rob them of valuables.

"I don't know, Harry," his wife sighed. She threw a cushion onto the sofa and went to tend to Lily, who had begun to cry.

They were going to go on a trip with the rest of the Weasley family, to Peru, and the portkey station was absent of a floo network and apparating infants, Lily, was too risky so they had to drive there. If only they could find the bloody car key. But Harry had looked everywhere and saw no sign of them.

He sighed as James ran past him and into the kitchen. He went over to the cabinet, ridiculous as it was since rarely opened it, and checked in there, nothing. Harry resisted the urge to throw a fit. If he did not like when the children did it he probably should not do it himself.

"Where's the key?" he asked, his question directed at the ceiling. If there was ever a time for Dumbledore to appear in a vision and give him information, it was now.

James ran past him again, Albus following this time, and went into the bathroom. Harry heard a plop and a clink before the distinct flush of the loo. Merlin, no, he thought as he rushed to the bathroom and looked from one giggling son to the other.

"James," he said, as calmly as he could, "what did you flush down the loo?"

James looked at him smiling and said, "Spoon." Harry's heart slowed in its hammering.

"Shiny, shiny," Albus piped.

"James... have you been flushing things down the loo?" he asked, his heart had begun to race once more. His eldest son nodded as the younger continued to repeat the same word.

"What have you been flushing?"

"Shiny things," James supplied.

Harry's head hung as he realised where the key had gone.

And the spoon.

And the miniature gnome that had gone missing.

And all the paper clips.

His sons had been flushing them down the loo and now he had to extract them. Ginny was going to have a fit.
