Brook was wandering the foggy forests of Thriller Bark, searching for those 'Twig Hat Pirates' or whatever they called themselves, when suddenly a shadowy figure clubbed him over the head.
Brook awoke to the feeling of being shackled to a wall. He quickly opened his eyes and saw that those accursed zombies were chaining him to the wall! He tried to reach for his cane, but he couldn't move his arms. After the zombies had finished shackling both his legs and arms, they moved away to reveal the one who was clearly behind this: Cindry
Brooke narrowed his eyes at Hogback's servant. She was looking as creepy as ever, yet Brook couldn't deny there was a distinct aura of beauty around her…..
"Well, Brook," said the plate-hating maid, "It seems you've been getting on Master Lich's nerves a lot lately. So he ordered me to capture you and bring you to him."
Brook narrowed his eye sockets at her (he has no eyes, after all). "And why did you not take me to him?"
Cindry looked slightly embarrassed for a moment, but it passed as quickly as it came.
"Well," she said, taking slow steps towards him, "I wanted to have my own fun with you."
Brook looked confused at this. "What do you mea-" he began, but he was cut off by Cindry putting a finger to his mouth. She leaned into his ear and licked his cheek lightly.
"I mean, that I have wanted to do this for a long time." She whispered, right before kissing Brook right on the mouth.
Brook was stunned at this. Here was Hogback's servant, a loyal (but obviously not as loyal as Nero Lich) subordinate of Gecko Moria, coming on to him.
Suddenly, Hogback's voice rang through the mansion. "CINDRY-CHAN, WHERE ARE YOU?"
"Eeep!" Cindry's eyes widened and she unshackled Brook before pushing him behind the door, just as Hogback walked in.
"Cindry-chan, what are you doing? I'm sure I heard someone else in here."
"It must have been your imagination, doctor."
"Oh well. Come and see this, there's a new zombie I've been working on. I just hope Kishido isn't in my lab vandalising the place again…."
Cindry nodded and followed her master. While Hogback wasn't looking, she mouthed one word to a struck-dumb Brook, still behind the door:
"I love you."
