The Song of the Old Mother

Walking through the burrow, I glance at my watch and see that it is barely past seven. The warm family like aura the surround the burrow can capture anyone's eye and they know they are all welcome here. But still a feeling that I am one of the few that is truly welcomed as family despite that m not. This feeling fills me with joy and the very idea that i could actually be a weasly is enough to brighten even the darkest of my days .The homely smell of bacon harasses my nose as I cautiosly open the kitchen door. awaiting the rant about my being up to begin i close my eyes. Yet i soon realise that my presence has not yet been noticed opening my eyes slowly I catch a glimpse of a true born mother in her element. A fork is scratching the frying pan while the delicious aroma's asault my nose. Plates are gliding delicatly across the table and a quiet but evident samba tune beats subtly out.Pulling up a chair the subject of my thoughts glances over at me and before i can mumble a polite 'mornin' my plate is being assaulted by a spectrum of foods. "Good morning Harry, Sleep alright dear?" Opening my mouth to answer im Quickly cut off "hmm yeah your getting much to thin" a critical eye sweeps over me and i realise that i now know how it feels to have a mother.
