For half a decade, the Northern Realms have experienced peace under the rule of Nilfgaard. But times are changing, the peace is over, since Nilfgaard has continued its expansion. As the threat of war hangs over the lands again and a powerful beast refuses to stay in her grave, it will become the responsibility of a Witcheress to apprehend her- and Ciri never accepts defeat.

1. Pre- Chapter 1

The Evil Incarnate, or commonly known as The Devil, is a demon brought to this plane to collect debts. Having been defeated twice by mortals, The Devil forges his own rules and debts. However, The Devil is not wholly evil, for he keeps promises and pays off his own debts. Because of this, it is unsure whether or not The Devil is true to his name.

The Evil Incarnate is shown possess to a stronger degree of Chaos control than most elite mages. He is known to mess with the concept of time, freezing it and bending it to his will. It is not known however if he can travel to different periods in time as Sources can. The Evil Incarnate also possesses extreme control over all elements, being able to control it with immense skill and ease. Only Elven Sages have been shown to be able to top their magical skills. The Evil Incarnate is not to be taken lightly, and one must choose their words carefully when in his presence.
