Prompt: Charles and Erik have a little fight, so Erik kisses Raven to spite him.

Erik slammed his fist down on the table. "Come on, Charles. We've been seeing each other for over two months now. You know I haven't been with anyone else, and you told me you haven't either. So what's the big deal?"

"I just don't know that it's necessary, Erik," Charles said, running a hand through his hair.

"Well it's not 'necessary,' it's just something that couples do."

"But why? Why does labeling our relationship as 'exclusive' change anything?"

"It just gives us rules to follow," Erik said firmly.

"Do you think I would be jealous if you were with someone else?"

"Wouldn't you?"

Charles bit his lip. "Maybe not. Maybe I don't care what you do. I'm not some over-attached, possessive pig, you know."

"Are you implying that I am?" he said. Charles opened his mouth to disagree but closed it before any words could escape. Erik clapped his hands together. "Fine. I want you to do me a favor. Get in my head, do whatever you need to – just watch what I do. And then – then – you can tell me what you think."

"Erik – "

But Erik had already left the room, the door swinging shut slowly behind him. Charles grimaced and sat down on the couch, closing his eyes and floating through the minds of any nearby people, watching Erik from their perspective.

Erik strode through the hallways, turning through the maze of corridors until he arrived at the closed, black door that marked Raven's room. The hallways were desolate, so Charles switched into the mind of Raven's fish, which was swimming idly in its bowl on her desk, watching through its eyes as he knocked on the door. Raven, her blue body bare and her red hair still dripping from her shower, opened it, welcoming Erik in.

The fish had unbearably terrible hearing, so Charles was forced to only watch as Erik leaned in and whispered something unintelligible in Raven's ear. She laughed and nodded. Erik slipped his hand behind her neck and bent down closer to her, hesitating for one moment before pressing his lips to hers. She closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around his neck, moving her lips to match his. Erik stroked her hair as he sank further and further into the kiss.

Charles, his chest so tight that he couldn't breathe, raced through the hallways and threw open Raven's door. "Stop!" he yelled. "Stop. Stop it, please."

Erik pulled away from Raven, wiping his mouth and leaving a smirk there. "What do you think, Charles?"

"Fine!" Charles gasped. "I don't want you to see other people. I want to be exclusive. Are you happy?"

Erik's smirk melted into a soft smile. "Yes." He touched Raven's shoulder. "Thanks for the help."

She shrugged. "Any time."

Erik grabbed Charles' hand and led him out of Raven's room. He closed the door behind them and slammed Charles against the hallway wall, his body pressing Charles' into the wallpaper, kissing him through his smile.
