AN: Just a something that I thought that could have possibly happened in between scenes.
Disclaimer: I know that.
"I definitely saw that." McGee taunted as they sat at their desks, typing away their case reports.
"Saw what?" Tony retorted and paused to look at The Probie.
"That she certainly attempted to hug you…." McGee smiled smugly.
Tony frowned and immediately diverted his attention back to his computer. "No, she didn't."
"She wouldn't like that, Tony." McGee's voice was laced with mischief.
"Wouldn't like what?" Tony was getting irritated.
"That you're denying her hugging privileges?" McGee threw back.
Any minute now and I'm gonna snap your freaking neck. "She wasn't attempting at anything besides yanking my chain. And, for the record, if there's something she wouldn't like, that would be physical contact with me."
McGee wasn't backing down. "How do you know that?"
Tony cast McGee a withering glare and sighed heavily. "Because, I know her, okay? Ziva, being Ziva, is not one for hugging, snuggling, cuddling, or whatever you want to call it, especially with men like me. And that is not because of my love for epic one night stands."
"Then you don't know her as much as you think." McGee muttered as Ziva walked into the squad room.
"Did I miss anything?" Ziva asked her two colleagues.
Tony looked up from his work. "Nothing at all."
Review?
Short and simple, and I MIGHT add one more chapter, where either Tony or Ziva would address her "hugging impulse issues".
