Skies Full of Paper Airplanes.

A Kimi Ni Todoke poem.

Look into that solemn light, standing by the shore, his eyes are twinkling, more luminescent than the moons glow.

I approached once with caution, but with his warm accepting smile, that fear and nervousness turned into a feeling of acceptance and love.

Move closely, and watch the shore grow, and shrink. Grow, and shrink forever. Like the irises of our eyes, staring into each other's souls.

Those skies are filled with paper airplanes, I found the only one.

Dealing with humankind, gambling with fate.

God and Heaven give me strength, for the actions I'm setting up.

I leaned in, and shared that first kiss. That first feeling of true happiness, and joy struck in my heart like a bell.

The gongs chime, and the skies are once again filled with paper airplanes, and there is only this one.

I love him, and I've always loved him the moment my eyes struck on his eyes.

I finally believed that things would be OK.

Those past events, the hurt, the humiliation, finally filed out of my mind into the imaginary sky, completely empty.

I have found the airplane right for me.

No matter what people think, nor what they feel,

We shall stand, tall and proud.

I love you, Kazehaya, and I hope your feelings are the same.

Within this empty sky of love, waiting to be filled with paper airplanes.
