I ran into the Throne Room, Sulpicia and Jane right beside me. I was completely frantic.

"What's wrong?" Caius rushed over to me, holding me close.

"I've lost my sapphire pendant, I can't find it anywhere!"

I knew I was being dramatic, but it's very important to me. My father bought it for my seventeenth birthday, two days before he died. It's the only thing I have left of my family. Caius looked relieved that it was just a necklace that was worrying me, but slightly frustrated that I made him worry. He let me go and returned to his Throne. It was then that I noticed all of the Cullen family standing there, staring at me. I smiled at them. Instead of leaving embarrassed, I turned to the girls beside me and nodded. We started searching the Throne Room for the pendant, while Aro tried to talk to Carlisle. After ten minutes, he finally gave up.

"Athenodora, your pendant is not in here, we would have seen it. Can you please look elsewhere so I can talk to the Cullens about they're stay?"

I glared at him. I was currently body-searching Demetri.

"Madam Athenodora, I can guarantee you, I do not have it." The blonde tracker drawled in his English accent. I sighed and walked away from them. The Cullens were watching me strangely.

"What? Am I not as scary as you thought I would be? One of the 'terrifying' wives? I'm so sorry to disappoint you." They all became fascinated with the floor during my little rant. One of them was glaring at me though.

"What gives you the right to yell at my family?" A blonde girl snarled at me. Rosalie, I think her name was.

"Freedom of speech!" I snapped, then stormed out of the room. I could feel her glaring at me. After searching the entire castle several times with Sulpicia and Jane's help, I still couldn't find the damn pendant. I disbanded the search and stormed off to the library. The seer was sitting on the couch with her mate. If I remember correctly, their names were Alice and Jasper. I sat down at one of the oak desks and slammed my head against the table. After a few seconds, I heard someone walk up to me. I felt them touch my neck lightly. I looked up and saw Alice standing there, one hand on her hip, and the other clutching my sapphire pendant.

"I believe this is yours?" She asked as she handed it to me.

"Yes, thank you. Where was it?" I was a little stunned that she had found it.

"You were wearing it." If I could have blushed, I would have been crimson. How could I have been so stupid? I smiled at the seer and left the library, telling everyone it was under a chair in the games room. No need for anyone to know the truth.
