Try this! Play this after the line "She looks down and opens up one of the compartments". I just found that it works really well with it!

….

God, I made a dick move, Ziva thinks as she walks out into the stormy night. I cannot believe I did this to myself.

She unlocks her new Camero and sits in the passenger seat for a few minutes, thinking.

How? Why? I don't even know what to do with myself.

She looks down and opens up one of the compartments; a picture of Tony rests on top of a map and some other miscellaneous items. She picks it up and stares at it for a long time, running her finger across the face in the picture. A tear falls gently from her soft face onto the picture. She wipes off the tear and looks up. There stands Tony, with his face concerned. She scrambles to put the picture away when he opens the door.

"May I?" he asks politely. "McGee's rides have not been very fun and I still don't have my own car yet."

She wipes her eyes so that he doesn't notice she has been crying, but he does. "Sure, just as long as I don't let you drive," she says. Then she mumbles "Car killer."

He looks at her surprised and she giggles, followed by them both laughing.

"Look, I…" They both start. "No, how about you…" Ziva smiles, very embarrassed.

"You go first," she says.

Tony looks at her. "I'm sorry about last night. I just…you know, felt like you really didn't believe me and didn't care about what I said to you. Now that I think about it, I think you do, you just are hiding it deep inside where only you can let it out. I just wanted to apologize. I was just getting…a little emotional and angry."

"I'm sorry, too," she says. "I know you told me I was not alone, but I don't really know why I felt I was. I felt empty and…" She breaks down again. "I don't know!"

Tony puts his hand on her shoulder. "I just want you to know that I am sorry and that you are truly not alone."

She looks up, face looking glassy from her tears. "Thank you. Actually, I knew I wasn't alone, but I felt alone without you."

His hand moves over her cheek to wipe away the tears on her face. Then, it makes its way through her hair. "Alone now?" He pulls her head closer to his and his lips graze hers first just to see if she's OK with this.

"Are you sure about this, Tony?" she asks, sounding a little frazzled. Then, she smiles a little.

He grins too, then purses his lips and finally meets hers. Eight years, he thinks; how much I have missed this. He takes it easy, knowing that even though she is tough, she is fragile too. She accepts his kiss and starts kissing him back. They break both trembling from nervousness and happiness.

"Now, how about some chocolate cake to ease away the tears," Tony says. "I know this great place that is open late."

Ziva smiles and starts the car. "Of course."
