(This isn't my best or favourite story, because i felt like it was a bit rushed, along with two of my other stories, i never thought about anything about this story, so this is just a random story i wrote and there will be more stories like this, i know, i can apparently see into the future. 0_0, moving on!)
Police sirens are being heard outside of a building where a crying woman is inside. Police went into the building and saw the woman with a couple of shards of glass on the floor.
"She's just crying over some stupid vase." a officer said sadistically.
"I'M NOT!" the woman said crying her eyes out.
"Check the windows." another police officer said.
Other officers went up the stairs and some went into the other rooms downstairs.
A red and blue hedgehog came into the house. "How's it going?"
One of the officers from up and downstairs came back. "No windows broken."
"Same here." the other officer said.
"Well what is she crying about?" the sadistic officer said.
The red and blue hedgehog went over to the shards of glass the woman was crying about.
"Alright calm down. What's wrong?" the red-blue hedgehog asked.
The woman calmed down and explained what happened. "I was upstairs, sorting my kids beds and my one when I heard my husband and kids scream. I ran downstairs and...Oh god!" the woman began crying again.
The red-blue hedgehog took a look at the shards of glass and saw one that it was red. His eyes went open when he saw something moving in the shard and with a second look, it was a tongue.
"Martin, what is it?" one officer asked.
Martin said nothing and took the shards of glass and tried to put them together like a puzzle.
"Martin?" the officer asked again.
Eventually Martin put together the pieces and it made a face, a face in horror.
Martin looked up and saw the woman still crying, but he focused his attention on her tears, the tears were glass, which, when it hit the floor, it disappeared.
Martin moved back slowly.
"Ehh! You're just gonna leave her crying? Sad man." the sadistic officer said.
"Says the sadistic one." Martin said.
The sadistic officer went over to the woman who grabbed his arm, while still crying glass.
"Hey! Let go!" the sadistic officer said.
The woman's face began to change into a demonic face.
"What the hell!?" the sadistic officer screamed.
The demon used her right hand to touch his chest.
The sadistic officer began to shatter into shards of glass. "Help...me."
The officer turned into shards of glass and the demon gobbled him up leaving a few shards.
Officers screamed and ran out of the building with a few being caught by the demon.
Martin quickly followed behind the officers who escaped and as he left the building he heard the demon scream.
Martin got in his car and when he looked at the road, he saw the other cars crash into buildings and other cars.
In one car he saw the demon emerging from rear-view mirror in the car in-front of his.
Martin jumped out of his car to avoid the demon. He saw his car speeding of as the demon came out of it.
He ran into the alley closet to him, as the demon chased him.
(1 month later)
A blue hedgehog woke up in his house and saw his pink hedgehog wife still sleeping.
He picked up a photo of the two of them and their two children.
"They can always make a smile." The hedgehog said to himself.
He then heard a noise downstairs. "Not again."
The hedgehog went downstairs and saw everything fine, nothing was broken and saw a giant box in the middle of the living room.
"Huh? Oh, very clever." the hedgehog said to himself.
He heard giggling coming from the box. As he was about to open the box, it fell apart, revealing a cake inside.
Just then he was pushed causing his head to fall in the cake.
"Ugh."
"Happy Anniversary!" the two kids shouted, giving their father hugs, but not for long due to the cake.
"Thanks, but how did you do that?" the hedgehog asked.
"Mom gave us a recorder for Halloween, do you remember?" the daughter said.
The younger sibling went under the table and grabbed the recorder which was held up by a small rope.
"Very clever." the hedgehog said.
The three then heard footsteps coming down the stairs.
"Uhh, I can hear you three upstairs." the pink hedgehog complained.
"Sorry Amy, they got me." the blue hedgehog said.
"Again Sonic? When was the last time you didn't get fooled by these two?" Amy asked.
Sonic shrugged.
"Happy anniversary mom!" the kids said.
"Aww, thanks." Amy said.
The kids then gave her a card, written by them.
Amy opened it and saw drawings of her, Sonic and the kids with the words 'Happy anniversary! Love Katie and Ralph'
"Thanks, Sonic what are we going to do today?" Amy asked.
"I don't know, Martin hasn't been in contact for a month now." Sonic said, getting up.
"So, Uncle martin isn't going to join us?" Ralph asked.
"No, sorry." Sonic said.
"Aww." Katie and Ralph said, disappointed.
"We'll find him eventually." Amy said, just as the phone rang.
Sonic went to the phone and picked it up. "Hello?"
"Sonic, it's Martin, I just wanted to say happy anniversary." Martin said on the phone.
"Martin, where are you?" Sonic asked.
"I can't explain, something is after me." Martin said. "Don't help me, or else she'll come for you, but if you do, stay away from any reflections. Oh no, I see her, gotta go!"
The phone line went dead.
"Martin, Martin!" Sonic shouted.
He put the phone down, and looked at everyone.
"What's wrong with Uncle Martin?" Katie asked.
"He said he was being chased by something." Sonic explained.
"We should help him." Amy said.
"He didn't give his location. I assume this 'thing' has been chasing him for the last month." Sonic said. "I can probably get Miles to track his location."
"Are we going to see Foxy?" Ralph asked.
"That's not his name, but yes." Amy said.
"Yay!" Katie and Ralph said in unison.
"Let's go." Sonic said.
The family left the house and went to their car, when Sonic noticed a white van behind them, he thought nothing of it.
The family went into the car and drove off to Tails' garage.
(5 minutes later)
The family arrived at Tails' garage. "Alright, lets go." Amy said.
They all went to the front door and when Amy rang the doorbell something clanged in-front of them.
"What is that?" Ralph asked.
Just then Smoke came out of the object and everyone was knocked out.
A couple of men came out of the van and took Sonic and Ralph.
The men placed them in the back of the van.
The smoke disappeared, just as Tails came out of the door to see what happened.
"What the heck?" Tails said.
"What's happening?" Knuckles asked.
"Amy and Katie are knocked out!" Tails shouted.
"Get them in!" Knuckles said.
Knuckles picked up Amy, while Tails got Katie.
(Later)
Sonic had woken up and found himself in a dark room, with a light shining down on him.
"What the heck?" Sonic asked himself. He tried to move, but ropes were restraining him.
"Dad?"
"Ralph?"
"What's going on?" Ralph asked.
"I don't know." Sonic replied.
They both heard footsteps coming from around them.
"Who's there?" Sonic shouted.
Four men came into view.
"Hey, they're awake." a yellow hedgehog hedgehog said.
"We've noticed, idiot." one man said hitting the yellow hedgehog.
"Shut up you two!" a white mobian cat said.
"You can talk Stu." the man said.
"Enough! Do you know who we are?" the leader said.
"No." Sonic said.
The four men looked at each other.
"We are the Shatterheart." the leader said.
"I met a similar group like yours the big difference is that they were good and you're kidnapping people!" Sonic said.
The four men looked at each other again. "Should we?" the yellow hedgehog asked.
"Yes Alex...Release the demon!" the leader said.
Alex and Stu went into the darkness while the white cat turned on the lights.
"Dad?" Ralph asked.
Sonic could tell he was scared. "Stay calm Ralph."
"Shut it!" the leader said.
Stu and Alex opened a giant metal door and inside was nothing but darkness.
Sonic had noticed red eyes in the darkness as the eyes came closer towards them, when it entered the light everyone saw it's full form, a floating, demonic entity with tentacles on it's back, sharp claws and fangs.
"So this is the brother and nephew of that stupid hedgehog?" the demon asked.
Sonic and Ralph looked at each other knowing who she's talking about.
"What did you do to Martin?" Sonic asked.
"That's what his name is? He's going to be sad once he see's you two dead!" the demon said.
"Who are you?" Ralph asked.
"They already told you who they are. I am the real Shatterheart! One touch and you're gone!" Shatterheart said. "Goodbye."
Shatterheart moved closer towards Sonic and Ralph and was about to turn Ralph into nothing, when... Someone took the leader by surprise.
"Agghhh! Get off me!" the leader shouted.
He stopped when he heard a gun cock.
Everyone turned around and saw Martin holding a handgun to the leader's head.
"I'd recommend letting them go Roger or else." Martin said.
"Or else what?" Roger asked.
"I'll get rid of Shatterheart." Martin said.
Shatterheart turned her attention to Martin. "How?"
Martin said nothing.
"I knew it!" Shatterheart said moving closer to Martin. "You don't even know, you just kill two fiths of your family."
"Change that to one. Cause you can just take me instead." Martin said, still holdng Roger captive.
"You've wasted your life then. Goodbye." Shatterheart said as she lunged towards Martin.
"Perfect." Martin let go of Roger as he pulled out his taser and zapped Shatterheart, causing her to fall to the ground, her body kept on getting shocked, so much so, that she couldn't move.
"Fire!" Roger commanded.
The shatterheart group aimed at Martin, who ran from the bullets taking cover around the corner.
Martin waited for the right moment and fired his weapon missing everyone, instead it hit the rope restraining Sonic, cutting it.
Sonic got up and used his super speed to sneakily attack the group, knocking each member out.
Martin came back. "Nice work. Get Ralph."
Sonic went back around Ralph and untied him. "Dad!" Sonic hugged him as Ralph hugged back.
"Sorry to interupt the moment but we need to get out of here." Martin said.
The two seperated. "Alright." Sonic said.
Ralph held Sonic's hand as the three left the room.
(Tails' garage)
Amy was beginning to wake up and saw herself in Tails' garage.
"Uhh. Guy's?" Amy asked herself.
"She's awake!" Amy heard Knuckles downstairs.
She saw Tails and Knuckles come upstairs and came towards her.
"Are you ok?" Tails asked.
"Yeah i'm fine. Wait...where are the others?" Amy asked.
She then saw Katie beside her, still asleep.
"What's wrong with her?" Amy asked.
"Well, I was about to open the door when one of you rang the doorbell, that's when I noticed the windows went full white, I froze once seeing this, then once it was gone, I opened the door and I saw you two asleep on the ground." Tails said.
"Wait, I was with Sonic and Ralph, where are they?" Amy asked.
"They weren't there." Knuckles said.
"What!" Amy screamed. "Are you lying?"
"No we're not, we don't even know if you went with them or not." Tails said.
Just then Katie woke up. "Mum?"
The three turned to look at Katie who was just waking up.
"Where's Dad?" Katie asked.
"We don't know." Amy said.
"I might have an idea." Tails said. "The trackers."
"The what?" Katie asked.
"I gave one to Martin, Amy and Sonic just in case anything goes wrong." Tails said.
"Ok." Katie said.
The four went downstairs and went on Tails' laptop.
"Alright, activating tracker." Tails pressed a button and the computer began scanning Sonic and Martin's location at the same time.
The computer began making a noise indicating that it's found their location.
"Bingo." Tails said. "They're both at the bunker."
"Well let's go then." Amy said.
Tails grabbed his laptop as the rest went in Amy's car outfront, He quickly followed behind.
"Let's move." Tails said.
The four drived off, thankfully it wasn't busy so they could go quicker.
