Hogwarts, was one of the most magical places in the world, was the only place were one could be virtually safe from the attacks of Voldemort, was THE place to go if you have magic within you, was the only place from where Hermione Granger wanted to run away.

That was highly unusual if you considered that Hermione breathed, consumed and dreamed of knowledge. The fact that she was intending run away from the school of magic wasn't unusual it was more like one of the sings of apocalypse. But this, as almost everything in the world, had an explanation; and the explanation was a red haired, beautiful, charming, smart really beautiful girl who responded to the name of Ginevra Weasley.

Since the day that they begun to be an official couple they decided to not keep their love a secret. And that, even if it seems a good idea at the time, now proved to be a course. It was two weeks since that day, and was two weeks, two days, five hours and twenty minutes since Hermione and Ginny shared a time alone together.

To say that the young woman was getting crazy was to say too little… desperate was the word; and now in the library in front of her paper for Arithmancy, she couldn't stop of drowning herself in the memory of the interruption suffered in those weeks.

First it had been Harry and Ron, both were trying to show them that they support and had planed countless days together with the two of them, lots of fun and walks and picnics. And for one part Hermione was glad to know that her two best friends were trying to show her their support and their love. On the other side, she has the suspicions that those time with the four of them together where a devious plan from Ron so she couldn't spend time alone with Ginny.

Then it had been Lavender and Parvati, every time that they tried to find a time alone in her room those two had the good graces of burst in the room to fish for gossips of the new couple. Of course with the interruptions of those two there wasn't too mucho gossip to tell.

And after that, it had been all the teachers of Hogwarts whom, for a strange occurrence, happened to need anything from the closets where the two girls attempted to hide. They didn't complain much about that; only Snape and McGonagall take points from Gryffindor for these indiscretions.

Hermione stopped banging her head on the library table, she didn't even remember when she started with that, but she was mad with frustration so it was understandable. Looking at the time she noticed that to keep trying to do her Arithmancy paper was futile, and that the dinner was going to be served any minute. She grabbed her stuff and headed to the great hall.

When she got there she sat at her place to the left of Ginny and waited for the food, cursing her life as she had been doing these past two weeks.

"Hermione." Harry said with a smile. "How are you doing?"

The look that Hermione Granger gave to her best friend was so hostile that Harry almost took cover under the table. Ron choose for the smart move and preferred to keep his mouth shut, ten minutes ago he tried to talk with his little sister and that wasn't a nice experience nor one that he wanted to repeat.

Hermione was going to try and talk with her girlfriend but she found herself wondering how she got herself on the floor and what was doing Ginny keeping her there.

"Ginny." Hermione cried out in utter confusion, but before she could say anything more Ginny's lips found hers.

"I think they lost it." Pronounced Ron and that was the last thing that her brain registered before anything that was in Hermione mind at that moment fade away.

Even the two hundred points from Gryffindor and the punishment of repaint the Great Hall were worth it in the hearts of the two girls...

End.
