Disclaim: I do not, and will not ever own the magical world of harry potter or anything related too it. Sorry.
Chapter 1. Familiar.
Everything was so familiar. The 9 ¾ sign, the people, the train, the smell. Familiar, safe.
I looked around at all the familiar faces, people I had spent the past five years with. That flash of unmistakable white blonde hair.
I hate him.
Those ice cold grey eyes.
I hate him.
That smirk.
I hate him.
"ROSE!" my mother said impatiently, breaking me out of the daze I hadn't quite been aware I was really in. "yes?" I responded quickly.
"I'm trying to ask you if you have everything for school" she sounded exasperated. I opened my mouth to tell her I had all that I needed, only to be cut off by her going down a probably way too long list of things she expected me to have. I tuned her out simply because no matter how many times you say 'yes' or 'okay' to your mum, she'll never stop talking.
I spaced back out, ignoring my mum and her list, my dad, the frantic first years, the staring, and the rest of my noticeably huge family, all because I suddenly become very aware of someone burning holes in my back with their eyes. Eyes I knew without looking. I turn around and our eyes meet, locked together, and everything else melts away for a fraction of a second. Lost.
I hate him.
The train whistle blows, snapping her out of her daze once again. She drops her gaze and turns to her family for their final good-byes. 11 cousins, 8 aunts and uncles, 2 parents, 1 brother, even if they weren't famous she was sure that they would still be stared at obnoxiously simply for the size of her family.
I stole one last glance at the Malfoys, at Scorpius, before gathering my things and getting on the train to school. Draco's hand on Scorpius' shoulder, cold eyes. Astoria's detached hug, no emotion. She almost felt sorry for him. Almost.
Sixth year. Here goes nothing.
I know, very short chapter. But I swear it'll get better(and longer)! Just you wait and see.
