The Cherry Blossom Hill By: Ari-chan

Notes and disclaimers: For those of you who are wondering hwy I
changed my pen name it was because my friends all call me Ari-chan
and it's what I'm best known by. There's a chan on it cause well if
someone called me that they are calling me a friend or using it as a
pet name. Now that we are done with our Japanese lesson lets move
on to disclaimers: As much as I wish I had thought up sailor moon, I
didn't the wonderful and all knowing Nako did! All hail Nako- san!!
The idea belongs to me but if it inspires you fell free to use it, just ask
first.

Translations: Gomen= Sorry
Ara= Oh
Hime-chan= Little princess (or close to that)

Haruka was gone, dead, Hotaru was grown and married,
Setsuna was in the states doing research. Michiru was all alone, with
nothing to live for. She picked herself up off the couch, forcing away
the tears that fought to come. She turned the stereo on , her favorite
song, the song Haruka had written for her, the song they had played
together. The number of times she had listened to that was countless,
but it still had the same effect it always had. The tears came, and
Michiru brushed them fiercely off her pale skin. Haruka had always
wondered how her skin stayed so fair when she spent so much time at
the beach.

She reached around her neck ,and unclasped the chain she
always wore. On it hung a small, golden key. Hotaru has asked many
times when she was young what it unlocked but Michiru had never told
her. She turned the music up then walked to the mantel, she took
down the small box that sat upon it. Michiru remembered telling
Hotaru never to touch the box, she didn't. Inside was a small vile she,
took it out and gazed at the ruby colored liquid that filled it.

"Michiru" Haruka had said after the fight with Galxia " Use ths
only and only everyone else is gone, and you feel as thought there is
no escape"
"Well Haruka, there is no one here with me, and there is no
escape!" she sat back on the couch and uncorked the bottle. Even
though the windows were closed a breeze rustled her hair.

"I'm coming love, ara, Ruka-chan I'm coming."

She drank the liquid, bittersweet in taste, it coolness soothing her
throat.

"Gomen Hime-chan, Setsuna, forgive me."

She closed her eyes and drifted into an eternal sleep.

Hotaur found her the next day lying lifelessly on the couch a smile
playing across her face, still the music played in the background.

"Michiru-mama!"

Hotaru should have known, all signs had lead to this . Michiru had
become depressed and nothing helped. Haruka was a part of her and
without her she wasn't a whole person.

She picked up the phone and called Setsuna, she sobbed as she
told her what had happened. And discovered what was in that box,
and where that key went to.

Michiru was buried on March sixth, her birthday, on a hill next to
Haruka, under a large beautiful cherry blossom tree. A corious wind
blew threw the trees that day, a happy wind and only Setsuna and
Hotaru knew why.
