Loving you

A poem. :

Wondering wonders wake my heart
Asking question like if and what
If I never stopped loving you
What could I be now?
If I never stopped loving you
What am I now?

Growing pain witnessed my trials
Of moving on and drowning in lies
Of lying to myself, every now and then
That I've moved on, God nows when
Of saying goodbye a thousand times
To you my love, I'll never get tired.

Then, I see your face, your eyes glow
Like candle in the dark, lighting my soul
Your eyes are my wondrous cage
That's too dark and painful.
If I never stopped loving you,
What could I be now?
If I never stopped loving you
What am I now?
But I never did.
