The real final test
Summary: as Atem ascends to the afterlife, the gods present him with his true final test. A final test that will determine his final fate of this world and the next…. Post-canon rated T and will vary for certain chappies…
"The time has come. I can finally go home, to my own time and to my family" Atem looks around and sees the faces of his family and friends and sighs, knowing how hard it was to leave his friends and his Aibou. "What happens now?, do I just keep walking forward or stay here, Mana?"
"my dear darling son, you wait here and will be judged by the gods" Seshat replies, I mean my mother. She is as beautiful as I now remember her, I wait to embrace but refuses, telling that now is not the time but It's been centuries since I've really seen any of them.
"Mana? Where are you? , where is she?" I've been looking forward to seeing her ever since I left the world of my memories. All I can see around is my family and the lightest room I've ever seen.
"Atem, it's time to the realm of the gods" Ra-Horakhty appears in front of me and the next thing I know I am in a mysterious room with several hooded figures surrounding me. "Atem, it is now time for your true final test, your final battle with Yugi was his last test as the holder of the puzzle, but not yours. It is time, you will not have Yugi to help you but this young lady will act as your guide." One of the hooded stepped forward and revealed herself, it was-Mana?! .
"Atem-I mean Pharaoh I will protect and guide you as much as I can, please come with me now" I am speechless, why didn't Mana come to see me earlier and what is this final test, will I ever be left to rest. But now I must face this final test whatever it may be. "Pharaoh, just walk through the door and your test shall begin."
"Thank you Mana, let's go together and we'll face whatever comes together!" Let's hope I will do everyone proud. This door seems familiar, wait- That's the door to the world of the living! Mana hasn't said a word since she revealed herself. I opened the door and then a blazing light appeared and enveloped the both of us, little did we know it would bring us to an all familiar world…..
